Massage has had a positive effect on every medical condition we’ve looked at.
— Tiffany Field, PhD

Research shows many benefits of massage, demonstrating that it can be an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain, and muscle tension. Massage can help relieve symptoms of anxiety, fibromyalgia, headaches, myofascial pain syndrome, and soft tissue strains or injuries. Beyond the benefits for specific conditions or diseases, some people enjoy massage because it often produces feelings of caring, comfort and connection.
